Stainless Steel Watches: 2 years warranty for manufacturing defects. Alloy Watches: 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects. For special requests, please contact us.
Customizing Current Models or Creating New Models
Current Watch Models: Change case color, dial design, strap style and color, hand style. New Watch Models: Create unique case, strap, hand, and dial designs.
Delivery Time
Stainless Steel Watches:
- In Stock Cases: Approximately 30 days for mass production.
- Out of Stock Cases: 45-60 days for mass production.
Alloy Watches: Approximately 40 days for mass production.
Logo Placement
Your logo can be placed on the back of the case, dial, buckle, and crown. For special requests, please contact us.
Payment Terms
30% deposit and 70% before shipment. For long-term business cooperation, more flexible payment terms are available.
Packaging Services
We provide boxes, manuals, and warranty cards. Additionally, we offer watch cloths for cleaning and tools for adjusting band length. Some box MOQs can be as low as 50 pieces.
Shipping Methods
Watches can be delivered via DHL, FedEx, etc. Sea, train, and air transport are also available.
